Что изменилось в 2018 году

В очередной раз выросла минимальная планка по заработной плате. Теперь для Mangelberufe (программисты, инженеры и т.д.) она составляет 40.560 Euro brutto в год, для остальных — 52.000 Euro.

Хм… получается с 2012 когда планка была 35k €, минимальная з/плата выросла без малого на 15%. Видимо желающих много 🙂

Скорее, это такой косвенно определяемый официальный уровень инфляции. Планка минимальной зарплаты устанавливается не сама по себе, а жестко привязана, если не путаю, к максимальному уровню дохода, с которого идут отчисления в пенсионный фонд. А вот этот уровень правительство индексирует каждый год. Но тех, кто уезжает, действительно немало — как раз сегодня на РБК была новость о росте утечки мозгов из России за последние шесть лет, и отмечается роль в этом «Голубой Карты»: https://www.rbc.ru/society/23/01/2018/5a673f129a794712579d7dbe
