On the first day, I fell and twisted my knee and ankle. It was nearly impossible for me to walk after that. I ended up buying a wheelchair. The folks at Hotel Teresa were exceptionally helpful, accommodating and friendly. When I go back to Zipolite, I would definitely stay there again. I most liked the location, and value for money.

Hotel Casa MixtecaThis boutique hotel has a gorgeous lush garden right in the middle of it which was really nice and well maintained. We arrived late and the owner Rubi made arrangements for someone to meet us and show us around and get set up which was great! The rooms are quite large and well-equipped. The shower does not have hot water but it is warm and after a hot day at the beach was actually refreshing. No issues with the wifi at all! Worked very well for the phone and was able to watch netflix on my computer with no problems. Cannot comment on zoom or other work related platforms but I had read bad things about wifi in Zipolite and I was more than happy with it here. The hotel is right on the main street and the beach is literally across the street. No on site food but you can cook your own if you want or check out any of the many restaurants nearby. DId not have any issues with noise from the street or beach whatsoever. No A/C so that was the only down side but lots of fans to keep you cool enough to sleep. Would definitely stay here again. Zipolite rocks!
Casablanca Guest House - Adults Only - Starlink Internet!The hosts were friendly and amazing and went out of their way to accommodate our needs, they were kind and generous, and gave us excellent recommendations. The suite and views were outstanding, perched over a bluff with access to a lovely beach. The suite was very well equipped, large and comfortable looking over the ocean. Wifi was consistent and dependable, outdoor stove, full size fridge, filtered drinking water, no detail overlooked. The infiniti pool was clean, refreshing and a great place to hang out and watch the ocean. There were so many deluxe places to lounge and relax and listen to the waves. Kelly and Sherry our hosts are advocates for local dogs, feeding them daily and ensuring they have medical care. I highly recommend Casablanca and enjoyed our stay here more than any other place we have stayed in Zipolite.
